Abstract:

Dimensional Innovations was put to the challenge of renovating an existing movie theatre that was fighting for market share as a new theatre moved in down the street. Dickinson theatres has been a staple in the community for years and they wanted to do something fresh to demonstrate their commitment to their patron’s movie going experience.

People may try the new place out, but if you can generate enough buzz with the renovations you can lure them back to what they once considered their comfortable retreat. The most cost effective ways to transform the look and feel of a space was with the use of graphics, signage, lighting, flooring and paint.  DI designed a phased approach to freshen up the outside marquee and signage and the interior lobby; with these affordable tweaks the theatre brought back the loyal patrons they had lost.
