Fortune 500 Diversified Financial Services Organization

Bringing company culture to life

through strategic experience design

This Fortune 500 diversified financial services organization understood the importance of elevating its corporate experience amidst growing hybrid work strategies, leading them to build a sleek new corporate headquarters that amplifies its mission, drives collaboration and supports company culture. In partnership with Prophet and HGA Architects, DI helped breathe life into the eight-story space through a cohesive signage and wayfinding design strategy. 

 

 

 

Our team was responsible for building and installing all interior and exterior signage throughout the building, including regulatory and code-required elements, as well as other unique wayfinding structures such as large wooden dimensional numbers built to differentiate floor levels. DI also designed and developed branding for the office’s in-house cafe, ETC.

The second phase of the project included a complete brand refresh for the company, which was to be integrated throughout its new headquarters. Assisting in this rebranding effort amid project construction, DI was responsible for building and installing small to large branded elements throughout the space, including a contemporary wire sculpture composed of swirling black silhouettes, highlighting the company’s valued purpose statement inside the building’s entryway. 

 

 

Other mission-driven moments included a branded welcome area, an artistic history hallway, a member wall with dimensional wood imagery, and “front porches” on each floor, designed to represent the company’s core values through custom graphics and immersive build-outs.

Our team played a hands-on role in helping to breathe life, a new identity and a strong sense of community into this space built for in-person experiences. Through branded signage, storytelling and experience design, our team and partners created a modern corporate office space that aims to excite and engage employees and visitors while showcasing the company’s commitment to individual growth, wellness and prosperity.

With a unique background that spans multiple roles, Brandon tries to approach each partnership with a specific emphasis on establishing long-term relationships for the betterment of all parties. He constantly works to align capabilities and client needs to identify key areas of opportunities for sustainable success.

As Corporate and Healthcare Account Director, Brandon’s focus is two-fold: collaborating with firms to elevate their spaces into modern, branded environments that make lasting impressions with their employees, visitors, and clients; and working with healthcare facilities to help create engaging and soothing environments that promote positive distractions and health-focused benefits.

Brandon graduated from the University of Kansas in 2013 with a BS in Marketing. Outside of the DI office, when not working to create remarkable experiences for his clients, Brandon can often be found at his favorite sports experience - watching the Kansas Jayhawks play at Allen Fieldhouse.

Chad Hutson has forged a notable career leading teams of creative & technology professionals, building the trust of clients & partners, and helping to transform physical spaces into exceptional experiences for some of the most recognized brands and entertainers in the world.

At Dimensional Innovations, Chad serves as Chief Strategy Officer, where he works across the experience design, build and technology team’s multiple practice areas to bolster digital innovation within physical spaces for its diverse clientele.

Formerly, as co-founder and CEO of specialized creative agency Leviathan, Chad led overall operations, business development and strategy for the organization, which was acquired by digital consultancy Envoy in 2017. His efforts fostered client relationships with Nike, Disney, Amazon, T-Mobile, FedEx, Universal, McDonald’s and Airbus among others, as well as recognition for the agency’s work by Wired, Fast Company, Forbes, Communication Arts, the FWA, Event Marketer, the One Show and more.

Prior to Leviathan, Chad co-founded and led digital agency eatdrink in 2002; managed creative technology projects for experiential marketing firm MC2; and handled operations for audiovisual company Soundelux Showorks; all of which helped shape a balance of leading both business and creative initiatives across a span of multiple decades.
