Daveron comes to DI with over a decade of event and project management experience. Her previous concentrations were within the collegiate and non-profit sectors of sports. As an Senior Practice Manager at DI, Daveron’s experience planning both large-scale events—like the Kansas City Marathon, organizing 10,000 participants and 1,500 volunteers over three days—and smaller, community-driven youth sports clinics makes her a valued asset to the team.

Daveron is dedicated to completing your project on time and within budget. She’s a team player with a desire to work with others for the success of all.

When away from work, Daveron is committed to rekindling her love of reading and travel. She hopes to one day adopt a rescue puppy until then she is open to puppy-sitting.
