DIVE is a first-of-its-kind platform designed

to extend the reach and impact of a physical space for virtual and hybrid meetings.

Virtual briefing centers are the newest solution for companies who need to provide more immersive and engaging meetings. As a partner who has designed and built physical executive briefing and sales centers, clients turned to DI for a new solution that would allow them to leverage their briefing center investment for virtual meetings or hybrid meetings. DIVE is a first-of-its-kind platform that transports participants to a 360-degree environment using advanced 3D modeling techniques.  

Within a branded environment, video conferencing is seamlessly integrated with interactive content to facilitate highly-effective and personalized meetings. DIVE is purpose-built to deliver flawless video playback, includes interactive polling and chat features, allows for the creation of dynamic meeting agendas, and features easy-to-use screen sharing, allowing you to embed and present demos, decks, or other collaborative content at a moment’s notice.

Most companies anticipate that an extended or permanent reduction in corporate travel will further push the need for an advanced hybrid meeting strategy forward. Hybrid meetings, where some of your participants join on-site and others remain virtual, are expected to become the most prevalent B2B meeting type, post-Covid. In fact, Gartner predicts that by 2024, in-person meetings will still only account for just 25% of enterprise meetings, a drop from 60% prior to the pandemic (1).   Hybrid truly is the new normal.
