As a partner who has designed and built physical executive briefing and sales centers, clients turned to DI for a new solution to leverage their briefing center investment for virtual or hybrid meetings. Our solution, Dimensional Innovations Virtual Experience™ (DIVE), is a first-of-its-kind platform blending immersive video conferencing with 360-degree environments, robust storytelling, and seamless video playback capabilities to help businesses engage with their audiences. 

 

Leading companies need a tool to facilitate and deliver equitable experiences to meeting participants, both onsite and remote. This was the inspiration behind the Dimensional Innovations Virtual Experience.

 

As virtual meetings have become critical for conducting business and user engagement continues to evolve, DIVE provides a more personal, intimate experience for attendees. Web-based with no software to download, DIVE utilizes role-based permissions to allow meeting participants to co-pilot a presentation and engage in self-guided and facilitator-led experiences within 3D and panoramic environments. Integrated video conferencing features utilize interactive touchpoints to provide deeper insight into an organizational story, while a user-friendly content management system (CMS) makes for simplified, branded content creation in a non-linear presentation.

Michele has strived to create remarkable brand, client and employee experiences for more than 25 years. As a client-focused leader, Michele ensures interaction with DI from the go-to-market approach through subsequent project engagement adds value and exceeds expectations. 

 

Michele’s unique ability to ask the right questions and collaborate cross-functionally ensures that all stakeholder needs are considered from the very start of a project.  She blends her business acumen as a Fortune 1000 leader with her background as an editorial writer and news reporter to deliver compelling and measurable outcomes.  Michele understands the power of storytelling and the impact it adds throughout an experience.  She also knows the importance of delivering ROI and she can be counted on to ensure client projects are set up for success, right from the start.

 

Michele has led business development, marketing and client success teams in the retail, technology and services sectors.  Prior to joining DI, she was the president of a customer experience (CX) measurement provider.  She is a founding member of the Kansas City Revenue Collective, and serves on the Marketing Board of Directors within the KU School of Business.
