OVERLAND PARK, Kan.-June 12, 2025 -Dimensional Innovations(DI), a leading experiencedesign, technology and fabrication firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Paula Bolton Neston, an exhibit design professional, as its Cultural Practice Executive. Neston has joined theorganization to drive growth and operational excellence in its pursuits of museum, zoo andsimilar cultural projects. This includes leading its practice strategy, managing client relationshipsand overseeing project execution–all while the firm continues to deliver one-of-a-kind userexperiences across a wide variety of venues and spaces.
Nestonbrings more than 27 years of design and fabrication experience in the museum and themed attraction space, grounded in transparency and collaboration. A graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc), she has partnered with designers and institutions to bring to life exhibits, museums, visitor centers and immersive experiences acrossthe country. Most recently, Neston served as Technical Design Director at Cinnabar California, where she blended creativity with precision to ensure every project was cohesive, visually compelling and expertly built. Her standout work includes “The Secret Life of Pets” attraction atUniversal Studios Hollywood, the Entertainment Nation exhibit at the National Museum ofAmerican History, and theAcademy Museum of Motion Pictures.
