As Chief Operations Officer, Sara guides all aspects of operations and infuses her leadership, creativity, and trademark organization skills into each project she touches. With several years of experience at DI, including previous positions as a Project Manager and a Lead Designer, she has a unique understanding of the needs and exceptions of clients.

In addition to her design and management executions, Sara is also a skillful and seasoned program manager, successfully directing a diverse range of people, projects and accounts. She was the Executive Project Manager for DI’s impactful role in bringing the Mercedes-Benz Stadium fan experience to life by successfully managing 19 sponsorship activations prior to the completion of the stadium construction.

With a degree in interior design from Pittsburg State University, she’s an expert at translating ideas into the physical realm through creative problem solving.

Sara’s free time is spent shopping, baking, and being outdoors with her family. You will likely find her at the lake with her husband and two young daughters.
