Tucker Trotter

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Tucker Trotter leads Dimensional Innovations’ gifted and capable team of designers, innovators and fabricators. Committed to creativity and excellence, Tucker has been one of the driving forces behind the company’s expanded capabilities over the past 30 years, transforming DI into a globally recognized, respected and unrivaled industry powerhouse.

Tucker’s role involves him in a wide range of disciplines within the company, from conceptual design and strategic vision to project delivery and success. Under his direction, DI's core focus areas in the corporate, healthcare, museum, sports and entertainment, transit and higher education industries emphasize the importance of the customer experience. An expert at quickly turning clients’ needs and goals into highly conceptualized ideas, he understands the power of full collaboration at every level.

After leading or working on more than 500 movie theater projects worldwide, other notable work under his leadership includes the giant library books gracing the Kansas City Library's downtown parking garage, the Las Vegas Raiders - Al Davis Memorial Torch inside Allegiant Stadium, the Amelia Earhart Hangar Museum, the Jayhawk Welcome Center and the Kansas City International Airport Terminal.

Tucker is dedicated to enhancing the Kansas City community by establishing the Dimensional Innovations Foundation, funded and managed by DI employees. He is also a founding partner of the Parade of Hearts, a public art initiative that celebrates diversity, fosters community unity, and supports nonprofits by showcasing beautifully sculpted hearts designed by local KC artists. He also holds several leadership roles, including serving on the board of directors for the Kansas City Sports Commission, Vice-Chair of the Dean’s Advisory Board for the School of Architecture and Design, and founding donor to the Center for Design Research at the University of Kansas. He is also involved with the Heart of America Council Board of Directors and serves as a trustee for the Fredrick J. McCoy Cleft and Craniofacial Clinic at Children’s Mercy Hospital, among other commitments.

Additionally, Tucker co-authored Go Big or Go Home, a collection of stories featuring the most memorable sales pitches in film, sports, business and philanthropy. The book was written for various audiences, outlining "five impactful ways to create a customer experience that will close the deal."

Tucker lives in Leawood with his wife, Mandi, and three kids, Drew, Mae and Lucy. He loves cycling, gravel endurance rides and traveling with his family.
