This global technology client engaged with DI to explore new ways to collaborate with customers and leverage creative storytelling to share their history, mission, vision, and product offerings. Many organizations rely on Client Briefing Centers to introduce their organization to potential customers, though this client needed to avoid the pitfalls of tech-speak overload and take a more humanistic approach.
Located in the heart of their corporate campus, this Experience Center concept was created using audience roles and business segment research to help articulate the needs and objectives of all visitors. Our teams created multiple customer journey maps and a new engagement model to meet specific outcomes and advance relationships more predictably. Keeping the patient and provider experience at the center of their message, the personal narrative was interwoven among the intricate business details and data to make a memorable experience for visitors. While details must be kept confidential, DI’s contributions spanned our full spectrum of capabilities from concept and design, through fabrication and software development.
The center was an immediate success. From the help of liaisons to the content showcased, client visitors have been more than impressed with the Experience Center. The space sets a standard for the way businesses should engage with potential and current clients, inviting less “talking at them” and more “talking with them”.
