Looking to transform its sales approach through meaningful conversations and strategic collaboration, this Fortune 50 Healthcare company turned to DI to help reimagine its briefing program from the ground up – ultimately resulting in a content-driven, tech-focused experience center that’s rendered immediate success. Since the center’s opening, the company has seen a 70% close rate with a 20-point increase in its Net Promoter Score (NPS).

 

In order to tell their story in a unique and engaging fashion, our team initiated a robust Discovery process alongside key client stakeholders to better understand and leverage their vision and challenges to drive meaningful, business-building dialogue. Hearing insight from the National Sales, Marketing, Digital, Innovation and Executive teams armed our team to spearhead a strategic foundation for the briefing program. We worked to develop purposeful and relevant content tailored to each audience while unlocking creative ways of translating technical concepts such as AI, machine learning and natural language processing into digestible concepts visitors could easily understand and apply.

Leveraging innovative technology, content and client-specific data, the flagship center garnered immediate traction and overwhelmingly positive responses from executives, leadership and clients. DI has helped the client create multiple physical and virtual communications within their program, leading to the following results:

  • NPS score increased 40 to 60 pre/post
  • 74% viewed the brand more favorably
  • 59-point increase in having a clear vision of the brand’s digital strategy
  • 46-point increase in understanding the brand’s advocacy solution
  • 30-point increase in believing there is a clear innovation strategy

As Corporate and Healthcare Account Director, Brandon’s focus is two-fold: collaborating with firms to elevate their spaces into modern, branded environments that make lasting impressions with their employees, visitors, and clients; and working with healthcare facilities to help create engaging and soothing environments that promote positive distractions and health-focused benefits.

Brandon graduated from the University of Kansas in 2013 with a BS in Marketing. Outside of the DI office, when not working to create remarkable experiences for his clients, Brandon can often be found at his favorite sports experience - watching the Kansas Jayhawks play at Allen Fieldhouse.

Chad Hutson has forged a notable career leading teams of creative & technology professionals, building the trust of clients & partners, and helping to transform physical spaces into exceptional experiences for some of the most recognized brands and entertainers in the world.

At Dimensional Innovations, Chad serves as Chief Strategy Officer, where he works across the experience design, build and technology team’s multiple practice areas to bolster digital innovation within physical spaces for its diverse clientele.

Formerly, as co-founder and CEO of specialized creative agency Leviathan, Chad led overall operations, business development and strategy for the organization, which was acquired by digital consultancy Envoy in 2017. His efforts fostered client relationships with Nike, Disney, Amazon, T-Mobile, FedEx, Universal, McDonald’s and Airbus among others, as well as recognition for the agency’s work by Wired, Fast Company, Forbes, Communication Arts, the FWA, Event Marketer, the One Show and more.

Prior to Leviathan, Chad co-founded and led digital agency eatdrink in 2002; managed creative technology projects for experiential marketing firm MC2; and handled operations for audiovisual company Soundelux Showorks; all of which helped shape a balance of leading both business and creative initiatives across a span of multiple decades.
