Dimensional Innovations partnered closely with a nationally recognized insurance company to elevate the employee and visitor experience. With a focus on telling the brand story (past, present, and future), the space elicits a feeling of pride in team members—knowing they help make difficult situations easier for their own clients—as well as building a sense of assurance and trust in external audiences.
The 4,500 square-foot Employee Experience Center (EEC) within the company’s larger headquarters is located directly off the main atrium—a high-traffic area that employees see as they enter or exit the building. Housing a variety of historical artifacts from the company’s impressive archive, spanning a century’s worth of history, the EEC features an immersive theater as the centerpiece. The theater allows the visitor to explore different “neighborhoods” covering a unique facet of the company that creatively presents the insurance giant’s history, innovation-driven growth, and dedication to the future.
