Chicago Cubs
Let me root, root, root for the Cubbies, if they don't win, it's a shame.
For it's one, two, three strikes, you're out, at the ol' ball game.
When the Chicago Cubs decided to build a new Cubs retail store in the Park at Wrigley, next to Wrigleyville, they knew they wanted a few interactive and wow-moments for fans.
Dimensional Innovations designed and built an augmented reality green screen alcove on the second-floor which allows fans to digitally place themselves into iconic Wrigley Field scenes. Fans can choose from being in front of the ivy, in the locker room, looking through the scoreboard, or in the Championship celebration. By entering their email address, fans can then receive their photo and share it with family and friends online.
Another can’t-miss-spot is the sixteen-screen video wall showing live games and World Series highlights, creating further excitement within the store. DI was pleased to parter with the Chicago Cubs, Chipman Design, Clune Construction and Jacobsen Advisors on this project.
