Helping Atlanta Braves fans create memories
through iconic elements and interactive games
In an effort to extend the fan experience beyond stadium walls, the Braves turned to Dimensional Innovations to design and engineer a custom, LED-wrapped baseball in The Battery Atlanta, a community mixed-use development outside of Truist Park. The baseball, measuring 21 feet in diameter, towers over the common area directly behind the first baseline for fans to enjoy.
The baseball weighs in at almost 7 tons and took roughly four months to complete from start to finish. In a partnership with Nanolumens, the baseball streams live games, concerts, advertisements, and other messages from the stadium on custom LED screens wrapped in the center of the baseball. In addition to the baseball, DI helped the Atlanta Braves create an interactive game in the kid zone.
First Base Dash
The First Base Dash allows kids to virtually race against one of their favorite Braves players.
