Trailheads & Tech: Creating Big Impact in Smaller Spaces for Cabela’s
The Challenge: Cabela’s was opening two new stores—in Albuquerque, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas—with significantly smaller footprints than their typical retail locations. But a smaller space didn’t mean smaller expectations. They needed a high-impact, immersive in-store experience that wouldn’t eat up valuable floor space. The solution had to be engaging, educational and give both customers and associates the confidence to explore Cabela’s vast range of outdoor gear without relying on traditional displays or one-on-one walkthroughs.
