At the U.S. Bank Stadium, you’ll find the Minnesota Vikings Voyage, a fan museum for the Minnesota Vikings football team. The goal of the Minnesota Vikings Voyage fan museum was to create an interactive experience for Vikings fans. To help the Vikings reach their goal, we set to work creating numerous activities and displays.
First, there is an OLED equipment display that allows fans to participate in combine-themed events, such as completing passes and running cone drills, using a virtual reality Viking’s helmet. Using RFID technology, fans can track their scores and compete against each other by wearing a bracelet connected to the RFID system. The fan museum is full of photo ops and large metallic sculptures. Memorabilia and history can be seen throughout the entirety of the museum.
The University of Connecticut Hall of Champions is a fan museum that honors the college basketball tradition at UConn. The museum incorporates interactive learning elements and large trophy displays. This unique fan museum offers two separate wings: one for the men’s basketball program and the other for the women’s basketball program.
In the lobby, you will see a vitrine display showcasing all 13 of the NCAA trophies the basketball programs at UConn have earned. The space also includes digital displays and touch screens that allow visitors to learn more about the team and its history.
